From The Single Cask comes yet another delicious independently bottled single malt Scotch whisky - this time produced by Aultmore! This 8 year old was initially aged in a hogshead before being moved over to a 50 litre Oloroso sherry casks for 3 months. A very small batch of just 65 bottles.

Nose
Blackcurrant, Christmas-y spices, straw.
Palate
Spiced hot chocolate, toasted teacake and a hint of oak-y smoke.
Finish
Intense dried fruit sweetness.
