Description
8 year old single malt from the excellent Aultmore distillery, bottled as part of Duncan Taylor's Octave range. It was distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2017 after enduring 3 months in a tiny octave cask, resulting in just 82 bottles.

Nose
Vegetal notes arrive first with tobacco and Sherried oak in tow. Flaky pastry and fresh malt.
Palate
Toffee popcorn, peaches in syrup and a dusting of cinnamon.
Finish
A kick of clove and freshly cut grass.
