A single cask Aultmore, which was distilled in 2010 and spent the next seven years in a refill butt. In 2017, Langside decided it was time to bottle the single malt and released it as part of the Hepburn's Choice series, with an outturn of 792 bottles at 46% ABV.

Nose

Creamy vanilla custard, buttered toast and a hint of new leather.

Palate

Somewhat oily, fresh hay and cut grass notes alongside sweet malt.

Finish

Salted caramel lingers with oak spice and a touch of flint.
