An indie bottling of 6 year old Aultmore single malt, matured in a pair of Sherry hogshead casks which were filled in 2010 and cracked open in 2016 by the folks from Càrn Mòr as part of their Strictly Limited range. 875 bottles were produced.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Buttered malt loaf, clove and tobacco leaf.
Palate
Slightly grassy, though sweet Sherried spices soon overtake the palate.
Finish
Summer berry tart and clotted cream.
