Feast your eyes on this beautiful beast! It's a 38-year-old single malt, distilled at Aultmore way back in 1982 and matured in a single refill hogshead. We had the fortune of getting our whisky smothered mitts on that cask, with 17 bottles disgorged in 2021 destined for our very own bottling range.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Earthy notes of pine and spice are balanced perfectly by floral orchard blossom, baked apples, and dried orange peels.

Palate: That citrus zest continues on the palate, with the warming spice of pomander balls. Dusty oak and fragrant cigar box linger beneath, with rich, honeyed barley.

Finish: Old oak finishes things off, with gentle prickles of ginger and fading spices.
