This Aultmore was distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2011 by independent bottlers Gordon& MacPhail of Elgin, Scotland.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Notes of hay and floral summer hedgerows give way to autumnal fruits and vanilla.
Palate
The palate is alive with fruit from apples through to blackberries as the sherry cask takes hold.
Finish
The finish is easy going yet full-bodied.
Overall
