Aultmore 14 Year Old 2011 (cask 8) - Cask Strength Collection (Signatory)

This 14-year-old Aultmore was distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2025 by Signatory Vintage. It was finished in a second-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead before being bottled at a mighty 61.9% ABV, with no chill-filtration or added colour. A bold and rich single cask expression with just 340 bottles released, ideal for fans of powerful Speyside whisky.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

    Nose

PX sweetness comes through in waves with dates, sultanas, brown sugar, and a hint of treacle tart. Dried apple, polished oak, and cinnamon sticks.

    Palate

Chewy raisins, dark honey, clove, and gingerbread, followed by notes of walnut cake and black cherry jam.

    Finish

Chocolate truffle, dried fig, and a lingering hum of spice and toasted oak.
