The Midnight Series from independent bottler Douglas Laing welcomes a single malt from Aultmore into its folds. This one was distilled in 2010, and matured for 12 years in a refill hogshead, yielding a total of 308 bottles when it was opened in 2023.
Candied oranges, dark chocolate, fruit studded muffins, and hearty oak.
Honeyed dates and bold barley lead the way, with sticky ginger cake and runny toffee in tow.
Plump sultanas, spiced stone fruits, a touch of nutmeg, and cacao.
