From the extensive Old Malt Cask indie bottling range comes a single cask Aultmore, distilled back in 2010 and filled into a refill butt cask. After 11 years of maturation, Hunter Laing came along and bottled up the whisky in 2022, with 809 bottles produced.
Almond pastries, buttered bread, and a hint of fresh ginger.
Flapjacks, maple syrup, and freshly crushed cinnamon.
More ginger, alongside touches of orange peel and apricot.
