Aultmore 10 Year Old 2012 - Hepburn's Choice
Joining the Hepburn's Choice range from indie bottlers Hunter Laing is this 10-year-old Aultmore single malt. The Scotch whisky was distilled in 2012 and matured in a refill hogshead until it was bottled in 2022 without chill filtration or added colour, with a limited outturn of 464 bottles.

Nose
Sweet hay, with some brown sugar, crisp apple, and cinnamon.
Palate
More sweet cereal notes, along with more orchard fruit, some crumbly shortbread, and peppery spice.
Finish
Light and sweet, with some barley sugar.
