Distilled at Auchroisk in 2007, this single malt spent the following 15 years resting in a single hogshead. The cask was opened by Wemyss Malts, independently releasing a total of 341 bottles, and naming it Springtime Dew to reflect its notes of green grass, blossom, and honey.
Freshly cut grass and floral heather, vanilla fudge, and a touch of peppery barley.
Lemon sherbets and clementine are backed by more herbaceous, grassy notes, with floral honey and orchard blossom in tow.
Toasted oak and drying spices wrap things up.
