Nose: Sugar beets, blueberry, crisp bread and sweet home made strawberry jam with a hint of something more herbaceous.
Palate: Brains... Oh no wait, that's just jam. Cream tea with a disproportionate serving of jam in fact. A slightly oaky-biscuity-ness towards the end.
Finish: Fresh mint leaves straight from the plant. Extraordinary!
Overall: Stunning, jammy sherry and that mint! Epic. In fact, this is so delicious I might keep it all for myself...
