The red label tells you that this is a Speyside malt matured in a single cask that's been bottled for Douglas Laing's XOP (Extra Old Particular) range. Distilled by Auchroisk in August 1990 and bottled in September 2015, the outturn of the Sherry butt was 270 bottles.
