Description
A single cask bottling of 1988 vintage Auchroisk single malt, drawn from a bourbon hogshead in 2016 by German independent bottler, Malts of Scotland. 224 bottles were produced - we reckon this'll be proper interesting indeed, this one.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Ginger beer, grist, honey, marmalade.
Palate
Chocolate-coated biscuits, nutty brown bread, molasses.
Finish
Loads of ripe pear and yellow plum, with a lingering touch of Toffee Crisp.
