Unfortunately, we can't ship Auchroisk 1988 (bottled 2016) (cask 16020) - Malts of Scotland to the United States at the moment, but we've got some friends who can.
A single cask bottling of 1988 vintage Auchroisk single malt, drawn from a bourbon hogshead in 2016 by German independent bottler, Malts of Scotland. 224 bottles were produced - we reckon this'll be proper interesting indeed, this one.
Nose: Ginger beer, grist, honey, marmalade.
Palate: Chocolate-coated biscuits, nutty brown bread, molasses.
Finish: Loads of ripe pear and yellow plum, with a lingering touch of Toffee Crisp.
