19 year old single malt from Auchroisk, independently bottled as part of The First Editions range by Hunter Laing (taking inspiration from antique books!). It was aged in a refill hogshead from 1998 to 2018, before being bottled at cask strength with an outturn of only 290 bottles.

Nose
Fruit salad, bonfire smoke and a touch of milk chocolate,
Palate
Peppercorn and smoked salt, dry oak, clean lemon.
Finish
A long finish with continued woody dryness.
