An 18 year old Auchroisk single malt, independently bottled by those ace folks from Douglas Laing. This whisky was drawn from a single refill hogshead which was laid down in August 2000 and cracked open in September 2018. 297 bottles were produced.
Roasted hazelnut, fresh honey, buttered crumpets and anise.
Apple and gooseberry, more buttery (much more savoury than before), digestive biscuits.
Walnut and cinnamon sticks.
