This independently bottled Auchroisk single malt Scotch whisky was distilled back in 1999 and matured for 15 years until 2015, when it was bottled at 15 years old. Before it was bottled, however, it enjoyed a finishing period in Port wood to give it a further depth of flavour. 490 bottled were produced, presented by Càrn Mòr for their Strictly Limited range.
