14 year old single malt from Auchroisk, distilled in April 2007 and matured in a single cask! The final 19 months were spent finishing in an Oloroso sherry hogshead, which was cracked open by the folks at James Eadie in 2021, releasing a total of 259 bottles at a cask strength of 56.1% ABV.
Toasted teacakes with melted butter, spiced orange zest, and creamy vanilla.
Herbal honey and oily nuts bring sweet and savoury balance, warming spices, red berries and peppery oak.
Caramel sweetness reigns in with green oak, fresh herbs, and vegetal zest.
