Auchroisk 13 Year Old 2008 (cask 9068) - The Whisky Cellar
The Whisky Cellar presents this single cask Auchriosk, distilled back in 2008 and matured for 13 years before being bottled at a generous 52.4% ABV without any chill-filtration or additional colouring. Plus, the indie bottlers treated it to a finish in PX sherry casks, so expect some deliciously dark flavours in this one.

Nose
Milky coffee, cinnamon, baked apples, and a rich nutty quality in the backdrop.
Palate
Buttery flapjack, sweet marmalade, and some herbal spice join the party with dried fruit and dark honey.
Finish
Toasted oak and crunchy brown sugar linger.
