A 12-year-old single malt from Auchroisk joins the independent collection from Spirits Shop' Selection. Distilled in 2010, the whisky matured in a single hogshead, yielding a total of 234 bottles at a big, bold 60.8% ABV when it was opened in 2023.
Zesty notes of dried citrus, creamy vanilla, a touch of floral honey, and subtly herbaceous barley.
Toasted marzipan, floral stone fruit, crisp apple, and a punch of peppercorn spice.
Gently grassy, with biscuity malt and oaken spice.
