A single cask Auchroisk from Hannah Whisky Merchants, this single malt was distilled in 2007 and left in a bourbon hogshead for over a decade. After, it was finished in a first fill Pedro Ximénez hogshead before being bottled at 12 years old. A limited 265 cask strength bottles were released for the Lady of the Glen range, weighing in at 56.3% ABV.
Caramel digestive biscuits, blackberry jam and hints of oak spice.
Dry oak, honey and crisp orchard fruit leads into more tropical nuances, with banana ice cream alongside orange oil.
Bounty Bar lingers alongside oak spices on a sweet, dry finish.
