An ace single malt from Auchroisk, bottled up by Langside for the Hepburn's Choice collection. This expression was distilled in 2010 and treated to 11 years in a single cask, which eventually yielded an outturn of 193 bottles when it was opened up in 2022.

Nose
Crisp apples, honeyed nuts with creamy oaken vanilla in tow.
Palate
Hot cross buns with aromatic spice and melted butter, sweet fruits rest above herbal barley.
Finish
Apple crumble with plenty of cinnamon, warming ginger, and prickles of pepper.
