A fab indie bottling of Auchroisk single malt, distilled in 2010 and matured for 11 years in an ex-bourbon cask. The whisky was bottled up by Deerstalker for part of The Wild Scotland Collection, at a bold 57.8% ABV. We're not tip-top on our ornithology, but what with the range displaying various Scottish wildlife on the labels, we're fairly confident this one here features a pair of grouse.
