Single cask Auchroisk single malt, independently bottled by James Eadie. This one was drawn from a first-fill bourbon cask laid down in 2007 and cracked open after 11 years, in 2018. 282 bottles were produced.
Spiced fruit compote and fresh extra-thick double cream. A hint of Ricicles in milk.
Nutmeg and cumin, swiftly tempered by caramelised almond and shortbread.
