21 year old single malt from Auchroisk, bottled by The Single Cask. This whisky was distilled all the way back in December 1991 and bottled in June 2013, with only 86 bottles produced.
Vanilla-y malt with a few floral hints, cedar and poached pear.
Subtly bitter coffee, a bright splash of juicy raspberry followed by fresh citrus.
Greek yoghurt, fizzy oak, a hint of savoury thyme.
