This single malt was distilled at Auchentoshan in 2016 and spent the next nine years maturing in bourbon barrels. 617 bottles were independently released by the Uncharted Whisky Co. in 2025, packed with notes of silky vanilla, buttery shortbread, and toasted brioche.

Nose
Fresh bread with butter, floral vanilla, icing sugar and toasted oak.
Palate
Silky soft texture, with vanilla, buttery shortbread and fresh brioche, backed by sweet, warming spice, and poached stone fruits.
Finish
Apple pastries, vanilla custard, mellow oak.
