Auchentoshan 16 Year Old 2007 Single Cask (Master of Malt)
Distilled at Auchentoshan in 2007, this single malt spent the next 16 years maturing in a single refill hogshead. That cask was cracked open in 2024 by us here at MoM Towers, releasing a total of 108 bottles of this lovely Lowlander for our exclusive Single Cask collection.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Bread dough, creamy malt, buttery oak, and notes of ginger loaf with vanilla, orange peels, and sweet notes of cinnamon snaps and fruit sponge.
Palate
Juicy stone fruits and a sprinkling of pepper and chilli flake warmth are followed by yeasty notes of buttered sourdough, smothered with honey.
Finish
Tropical fruits and vanilla shortbread linger alongside woody spice, and a fiery touch of root ginger, tamed by creamy chocolate and candied fruit.
