This impressive single malt Scotch whisky from the Auchentoshan distillery was drawn from a single refill barrel that was laid down in 2000 and matured for 16 years. It was independently bottled by Douglas Laing for The Clan Denny range, which boasts many a tasty whisky with non-chill filtration and natural colour. 361 bottles were produced.
Citrus blossom, butterscotch, cardamom with some fresh, floral notes notes.
Digestive biscuits, soft vanilla, sugared almond, layers of tart citrus and a slight grassiness.
Medium length with a prickle of white pepper.

So I can’t really comment on the flavour too much but my dad and my uncle both loved it! Said it was different, but enjoyable!
