This impressive single malt Scotch whisky from the Auchentoshan distillery was drawn from a single refill barrel that was laid down in 2000 and matured for 16 years. It was independently bottled by Douglas Laing for The Clan Denny range, which boasts many a tasty whisky with non-chill filtration and natural colour. 361 bottles were produced.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Citrus blossom, butterscotch, cardamom with some fresh, floral notes notes.

Palate Digestive biscuits, soft vanilla, sugared almond, layers of tart citrus and a slight grassiness.

Finish Medium length with a prickle of white pepper.

Dad loved it
So I can’t really comment on the flavour too much but my dad and my uncle both loved it! Said it was different, but enjoyable!
