This single malt was distilled at Auchentoshan in 2007 and matured for 13 years in an Oloroso sherry cask, before it was bottled up by the indie experts at North Star. A total outturn of 330 bottles was released from this cask, at a bold 55% ABV.
Zesty citrus peels and sugary fudge, freshly cut grass, and sultanas.
Orange, lemon, and dried baking fruits, buttery barley, and spicy oak.
Toffee, malt, wafts of mint chocolate, more citrus, and a rich, spiced finish.
