Palate: Laid back, elegant with a silky, soft texture bringing notes of peach and apricot before gentle spice tickles the tongue. Superbly buttery with notes of shortbread and more candied tropical fruit.
Finish: Smooth grain, toasted oak, and caramelised almonds with an elegant balance of soft fruit, vanilla, and pepper.
