Savoury wood spice, caramelised pears, biscuit, dried grass and tropical fruit.

More fruit, vanilla, allspice and smoke emerging beneath the surface.

Rich caramel, a lick of gentle phenols, hints of blackcurrant and cinnamon.
Overall
Lightly peated, plenty of Arran character, highly enjoyable.
