Sherry
Gloriously well-matured single malt Scotch whisky from the Arran Distillery, independently bottled by Vintage Bottlers. It was distilled in 1997 and aged in a single sherry cask for 24 years, then finally bottled up at 51.6% ABV. Sherry cask Arran is marvellous – think it's something to do with the fruitiness of the spirit...
Seville orange marmalade, chocolate, vanilla, and pineapple.
Bright tropical fruit and rich chocolatey notes, with layers of cinnamon and black pepper.
Malty, dried fruit, and dense festive spice.
