Description

The second annual batch of Ardnamurchan’s 10 Year Old gives us another chance to see how this west coast single malt is coming along. The 2026 release combines equal proportions of peated and unpeated spirit, matured predominantly in bourbon casks and bottled at 46.8% ABV.

Nose

Coconut, oat biscuits and orange zest, with sea air, soft bonfire smoke and a little mint.

Palate

Creamy vanilla and custard biscuits, balanced by brine and earthy smoke.

Finish

Coastal salinity and smoky warmth, with a little biscuit sweetness.
