Ardmore 8 Year Old 2009 (cask 2615c) - Lady of the Glen (Hannah Whisky Merchants)
Only 58 bottles of this 8 year old Ardmore single malt were produced by Hannah Whisky Merchants for The Lady of the Glen range. The whisky was initially matured in a first-fill bourbon barrel, but was given a finishing period in a small octave cask that previously held Pedro Ximénez sherry.

Nose
Melted butter, smoke, caraway seed, sultana and cacao.
Palate
Oatcakes, mango chutney, clove and sea spray.
Finish
Earthy peat sticks around on the finish.
