Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Cinnamon biscuits, toast, dried oak with a hint of pine resin.
Palate
Meaty on the palate - honey-glazed ham comes to mind. A core of vanilla-packed malt notes keep it from become too bizarre.
Finish
Peppercorn, caramel, ginger.
