One of two bottlings of 7 year old Ardmore single malt from Copper Monument. This one was drawn from refill barrel #803521, where it slumbered from 2010 to 2017 before being bottled at cask strength.
Cinnamon biscuits, toast, dried oak with a hint of pine resin.
Meaty on the palate - honey-glazed ham comes to mind. A core of vanilla-packed malt notes keep it from become too bizarre.
Peppercorn, caramel, ginger.
