Ardmore 13 Year Old 2009 - Strictly Limited (Càrn Mòr)
Sherried single malt from Ardmore, distilled in 2009 and matured for 13 years in a PX sherry hogshead, imparting layers of sweet, nutty spice. 1,774 bottles were released in 2023 by independent bottler Càrn Mòr for its Strictly Limited collection.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Sticky dates, toasted walnuts, and toasted barley.
Palate
Woody spice, maple syrup, tawny marmalade, and some toasted coconut.
Finish
Caramelised nuts, toasted oak, and baking spices.
