Sherried single malt from Ardmore, distilled in 2009 and matured for 13 years in a PX sherry hogshead, imparting layers of sweet, nutty spice. 1,774 bottles were released in 2023 by independent bottler Càrn Mòr for its Strictly Limited collection.
Nose: Sticky dates, toasted walnuts, and toasted barley.
Palate: Woody spice, maple syrup, tawny marmalade, and some toasted coconut.
Finish: Caramelised nuts, toasted oak, and baking spices.
