Fragrant Drops is a range of independently bottled Scotch whiskies presented by the Keeble Cask Company from Leith, Edinburgh. This must be one of the most fun creations the brand has put together, taking a single malt from Ardmore Distillery originally matured in a single refill barrel filled in 2009 and popping it into a first-fill mezcal barrel for just under a year. There's just 213 bottles of this intriguing Scotch whisky so we reckon you should get it while it's hot.

Nose
Beach bonfire, heather, apple, dried violet, and cinnamon.
Palate
Stone fruit, stewed rhubarb, earthy ash, and liquorice.
Finish
Linger notes of vegetal smoke, salted caramel, and black tea.
