Single malt here from Ardmore distillery. The lightly peated Highland Scotch whisky was distilled in 2009 and spent 13 years maturing before it was bottled in 2023 at cask strength by Hanna Whisky Merchants for its Lady of the Glen series, with no added colour of chill filtration. A limited outturn of only 229 bottles.

Nose
Distant smoke, with heather honey, and candied lemon.
Palate
Crumbly shortbread, with smoked almonds, cinnamon spice, and gingernut biscuits.
Finish
Smouldering embers and barley sugar.
