A single cask Ardmore, independently bottled by The Sipping Shed! This one spent over a decade of ageing in a single bourbon cask, eventually bottled at 11 years of age. Think Highland peat, floral heather and treacle, and you're there!
Singed heather and cured meats, with earthy peat smoke and tart berries.
Roasted coffee, more smoky heather and bitter dark chocolate alongside buttery oak.
Melted (and burnt) brown sugar lingers with barbecue smoke.
