Ardmore 10 Year Old (That Boutique-y Whisky Company)
10 year old single malt from the ace Ardmore Distillery, independently bottled up by That Boutique-y Whisky Company! The label is actually rather useful, showing a deconstructed whisky cask, with labels and everything. Also, the big sort-of cylinder of whisky at its core is fun to imagine. It's like a wheel of cheese, except taller, and made of whisky!
Batch 5 is a release of 1,100 bottles.

Palate
Creamy texture, wood smoke, green seaweed notes, saline and pungent.
