Ardmore 10 Year Old - Canmore
A terrific single malt from Ardmore, independently bottled by Canmore, and you know what? It's pretty moreish stuff! Matured for a decade in a single cask, which finally yielded 287 bottles of this hearty, enjoyably smoky Highlander.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Woody vanilla, hints of dried flowers, and smouldering embers.
Palate
A balance of rich smoke, wisps of vanilla, and sweet, baked fruits is followed by liquorice, smoked tea, and earthy, vegetal peat.
Finish
Medicinal notes creep through, the peat smoke continues, softened by vanilla fudge and floral oak.
