Another brilliant indie bottling from Thompson Bros., this one hails from the Ardmore distillery in the Highlands! Distilled in 2009, the single malt spent its decade of ageing in a single refill bourbon barrel. At 10 years old, it was bottled up at 55.6% ABV, with an outturn of 253 bottles.

Nose
Praline and gingerbread aromas, alongside milk chocolate.
Palate
Oaky vanilla and honeyed spices, with cigar box and hints of white pepper.
Finish
Caramel chocolate and a touch of milky coffee.
