An unpeated Highland single malt whisky from Ardmore bottled under the Ardlair name, distilled back in 2011. It was matured for 12 years in a single refill oloroso sherry butt and then filled into 610 bottles at 62.7% ABV.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Butterscotch, tinned apricot, black pepper, milky coffee, and heather.

Palate

Toffee popcorn, chilli flakes, peaches, vanilla custard, and candied citrus.

Finish

Ginger and vanilla.
