This Speyside single malt was distilled in 2012 and matured in a single Pedro Ximénez hogshead until it was bottled up for the Clyebuilt collection. The cask yielded an outturn of 352 bottles at a robust 58.5% ABV.
Sticky sweet notes of toffee, dates, and figs.
Silky layers of caramel and cocoa, with rich mocha developing beneath.
Sweet baking spices, dark chocolate, stewed fruit, and mellow oak.
