A magical whisky that changes with every passing minute. Although 56% ABV, tasting it neat won't bleed your nose if you are an Islay lover but definitely kick your ass of you're not. Like other Islay, it definitely becomes sweet once your senses get past the smoke. But for me, the peat, a floral note and sweetness stays till the end... Oh.... Dont forget to add a dash of water ..... Thank you Ardbeg for making this... The hype is justified....???
Ohhh – this is wonderful stuff. Similar to Uigeadail, but infused with soft wisps of a western isle smoke-house, while the sherry influence has been toned down and blended with lighter, fruitier bourbon. Absolutely gorgeous.

Its like eating smoked salmon in the blooming orchard next to an old trainyard. Wow! I Bought this whisky from Munich airport, price was only 48 Euros. Best 48 Euros ever spent...
On the nose it's a intense peppercorn, candied ginger, pear, sharpee, and fresh pine. Holding it in your mouth there is an immediate burn from the alcohol. This thing is HOT. Peaty, woody, salty, a lot of layers of smoke and fresh wood chips. Lingering burn, lingering wooden dryness. What a treat.
