An exciting old bottling of Ardbeg single malt Scotch whisky, distilled all the way back in 1978. This was a year after Hiram Walker became the overall owner of the Islay distillery, and a few years before it was closed in 1981. The whisky was bottled at 43% ABV in 1997.
