Arbikie Highland Rye The Peated
Arbikie’s Peated Highland Rye builds on their Original 1794 rye by finishing the spirit in casks that once held peated Islay whisky. Bottled at 48%, it combines rye spice, charred American oak and maritime peat influence for a uniquely Scottish rye profile. The field-to-bottle grain bill of winter rye, spring malted barley and winter wheat adds depth and texture.

Nose
Smouldering peat, caramel, black tea, citrus peel and warm baking spice.
Palate
Peaty smoke leads with salted caramel, black tea, dark chocolate and a lively rye-driven warmth.
